Stand Against Racism is a signature campaign of YWCA USA to build community among those who work for racial justice and to raise awareness about the negative impact of institutional and structural racism in our communities. This campaign is one part of our larger national strategy to fulfill our mission of eliminating racism.
From Thursday 4/23 through Sunday 4/26 you will be able to easily participate on our Facebook event page by commenting ‘signed’ on our pledge (link is listed below), or comment on our “I Stand Against Racism” selfie sign, or download and print the sign, take a picture holding the sign and post on our event page, and encourage your friends and coworkers to do the same (even easier, write a sticky note ‘I Stand Against Racism’ and take a selfie with it on your hand and post there).
